Then open a terminal from your file manager in the directory where you copied the files, or open a terminal and change to the directory where the files are. Copy the files from the USB drive to somewhere in your home directory. Once you have the files on the USB drive, move the drive to the computer you are setting up. Download the gnome-ppp and wvdial files from the links given above.

Use a USB thumbdrive or something similar that you can use to transfer files from one computer to another. What you need to do is download the RPMs directly from a repository. How are your posting here without an internet connection? There is a way out of your dilemma of being able to access those two packages you need. You need to access the internet to get two packages, but your internet connection is not working.
